Great trainer and classes combining elements of strength, cardio, agility and mental focus in functional workouts that are easily scalable for all fitness levels. In any given class you'll use a variety of equipment, including KB's, DB's, resistance gear, and cardio machines. Modifications are always offered for personal preference or injury prevention. In these crazy times, Kaysi's Zoom classes are keeping me sane! Whatever fitness level you are, Kaysi always offers modifications for every move, whether you need to take it down a notch or challenge yourself. She truly cares about each person in class and is the ultimate motivator. I miss training in person, but Zoom classes are just as challenging and fun. I'll admit there are days that I am not in the mood to work out, but once I join class, I feel so great! I'm so thankful for Kaysi both as a trainer and a friend! Kim C

I love doing Kaysi's small group training! I definitely push myself harder when I'm working out with a group. Kaysi is extremely motivating! She provides a ton of variety in her workouts and gives options for modifications if needed. Kaysi is invested in her clients no matter what fitness level you're at. Her gym and equipment are clean and safe for small groups, and it makes me feel comfortable going to workout with a small group of people. I always leave her workouts feeling ready to tackle the day! If you're serious about your workout, Kaysi is your girl!! I have been using all formats of her available workouts (in person, zoom and home) and have yet to do a workout that wasn't challenging and different every time. Kaysi is an amazing trainer who lives her practice. She is an amazing role model and a great resource if you are looking for advice on getting healthy and fit. No matter what type of class, you will get a different workout each time and each workout will challenge you. I would recommend Kaysi to anyone looking to upgrade their fitness routine - you won't be disappointed.
I have been training with Kaysi for close to 3 years now. From the moment I met Kaysi, I knew I had found the right person to motivate, empower and guide me in the right direction. She encourages me to grow stronger and healthier, which has allowed me to gain strength, confidence, self worth and happiness in all areas of my life. The 5:15 am crew has also supported and motivated me through many workouts and we have developed a routine and sense of family with one another. I have been training with Kaysi for years now. Her workouts are always challenging and never boring. She is extremely knowledgeable about helping people at all levels of fitness achieve their goals. To say I love going to the gym is an understatement. When everything shut down I was determined to challenge myself at home. While there are plenty of workouts online and I tried many, Kaysi’s home workouts are far better. They are consistently challenging and always changing. Rebecca S
